Fitness Blast / Open Mat

Our Fitness Blast session takes place once a week every Saturday morning at 8 o’clock, the entire session is pure fitness, strength and conditioning, cardiovascular workouts, HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) and even standard circuit training.

The session is an hour long and you will be pushed to or past your limits, for those trying to push it that little extra mile or those already in training we have an open mat session straight after so you can do bags and pads, some weight work, more cardio anything to benefit yourself further.

If you think the 2 sessions will be too hard to start with we recommend trying one or the other to find out which one you would prefer to start with on the Saturday and try to push and progress to do 2 classes on the Saturday morning to improve fitness drastically.
