Junior Boxing 5-11 Years 

Tuesday and Thursday

In our junior boxing classes it is all about working on all the basics boxing has to offer. The juniors will not only be learning how to box, but building confidence working alongside other juniors, within the boxing sessions they will constantly practice on their stances, guards, basic punches as well as their head movement. We try to involve as much as we can within the sessions and in some cases some of our huniors partake within sparring sessions as well because after all boxing isn't always about pads and bags but can also be a good way to either look after yourself or even taken more competitively.

Junior Boxing classes are suitable for children from 5-11years. £7 per session.
